Hear Voxa on a sales call

Press play, then answer as the customer. Each line is spoken in the AI voice you pick, exactly as it would play into a live call.

  1. 1

    AI speaks the approved script

A natural AI voice plays your pitch into the call, word for word.

  2. 2

    Your agent listens

Their mic mutes while a line plays, so they can focus on the customer.

  3. 3

    The customer answers

The agent picks the answer, and the script branches to the right next line.

  4. 4

    Your agent takes over

One click and the agent speaks for the rest of the call. Nothing else plays.

Sound familiar?

The same problems show up on every phone team we talk to. Pick yours.

The problem

New agents take weeks before they sound right on the phone.

With Voxa

The AI voice delivers your approved pitch from their very first call. The agent listens, picks the answer, and learns the flow as they go.

The problem

Someone asks you to stop calling, and three weeks later a different agent calls again.

With Voxa

One click in the dialer adds them to your do-not-call list, and nobody on the floor can dial them again without a documented override.

The problem

Every new hire adds another seat to the dialer bill.

With Voxa

Voxa is priced per organization. Adding an agent costs nothing until you outgrow your plan.

$

A 20-person floor on a $50/seat dialer pays $1,000 a month. Voxa's Growth plan covers those 20 users for $149. Run your own numbers

The problem

Cold calling from a cell phone with the lead list in a spreadsheet.

With Voxa

Click to call from the lead record, in the browser, on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage number.

The problem

Promised callbacks live on sticky notes and get forgotten.

With Voxa

Every callback lands on a personal queue and the team queue with a date and time.

The problem

Deals get marked "won" and nobody sends the invoice.

With Voxa

Move the deal to Won, generate a PDF invoice, and Voxa flags it when it goes overdue.

$

One flat price replaces the CRM, the dialer seats and the invoicing tool you were paying for separately. Run your own numbers

The problem

Every client wants a different script, and agents mix them up.

With Voxa

Build each client's script in the Pitch Builder and link it to their campaign, so the right lines play for the right client.

The problem

Client data has to stay separate.

With Voxa

Organizations are fully isolated, from leads to calling credentials. Run a sensitive client as its own organization.

The problem

Proving results to the client takes a day of spreadsheet work.

With Voxa

Campaign reports show calls, connects and wins, and invoices go out from the same board you dial from.

$

Bill your clients from the board you dial from, and add agents to a campaign without adding seats to your bill. Run your own numbers

See how Voxa fits call centers, BPOs, lead generation agencies, home services teams and product support teams.

The flagship

Your script, spoken into the call. Your agent, still in charge.

Agents stop reading from a sheet. Voxa plays each question of your script into the live call in a natural AI voice, so every customer hears the pitch the way you wrote it.

  • Recorded mode. Clips play into the call and the agent's mic mutes while one plays. Answer a question and the next line plays by itself.

  • Live mode. For agents who want to speak every word. The script stays on screen as a guide and nothing plays.

  • Take over. One click switches the current call to Live. The next call starts back in the agent's own mode.

  • Quick responses. Fillers, answers and closings the agent can play at any moment, like "Great question" or "Thanks for your time".

  • Your own voice, when you want it. An admin can record or upload a human clip for any question, and it plays whichever AI voice the agent picked.

Pitch Builder

Build the script once. Every agent runs it the same way.

The Pitch Builder is where your best closer's pitch becomes a script every agent can follow, with the AI voice speaking each line.

  • Branching, not linear. Every answer routes to the next question or ends the script, so objections get their own path.

  • A voice on every line. Each question can carry AI voice clips in six voices, plus a clip you record in the browser or upload.

  • Audio that stays in sync. Change a question's wording and the builder flags any clip that no longer matches.

  • Capture details mid-call. A question can ask the agent to type in the answer, like a callback number or a booking time.

  • One source of truth. Link a script to a campaign or save it as a team template. Every walk is saved to the lead as a question and answer transcript.

One workspace, from first dial to paid invoice

No handoffs between disconnected tools, and nothing lost in between.

Flagship

Stop reading. Start selling.

A natural AI voice speaks your script into the live call while the agent listens, branches on the answer, and takes over when the conversation needs a human. All of it runs in the browser on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage account.

Never dial a number you shouldn't

Your do-not-call list and blacklist are checked before every dial, with an override-request workflow for documented exceptions.

Fill the queue without buying lists

Find businesses on OpenStreetMap or SAM.gov, or on Google Places with your own key, or drop in a CSV. Leads are unlimited on every plan, and every record is screened on the way in.

No promised callback slips

Every callback lands on a personal queue and the team queue, with the date and time the customer asked for.

Get paid, not just marked "won"

Move a deal to Won on the Sales Board, generate a PDF invoice, and see it flagged when it goes overdue.

Keep the floor competing

Badges and rewards for wins, like a first close or three in a week, keep energy up without a spreadsheet leaderboard.

Client data never mixes

Every organization's leads, roles and calling credentials are isolated automatically.

Why we built Voxa

Software for the people actually making the calls

Call floors run on too many tabs. A dialer here, a CRM there, the do-not-call list in a spreadsheet, invoices in yet another tool, and the pitch printed and taped to the monitor. Every handoff between them costs time, risks a compliance mistake, or lets money slip.

We built Voxa so the whole call lives in one place, and so an agent on their fortieth call of the day still delivers the pitch the way your best closer would. The Salengin team

  • The AI voice handles the script, so the agent's energy goes into listening
  • Automatic do-not-call and blacklist checks before every dial
  • Follow-ups queue themselves, so no promised callback gets missed

Questions, answered

The things teams ask before they hand a script to an AI voice.

Voxa ships six natural AI voices (four male, two female) that play at 1x to 1.5x speed with the pitch preserved. Each agent picks the voice they like. If you want a human voice on a line, an admin can record their own clip for that question and it plays instead.

No. Your agent is on every call. They pick the answer the customer gave, fire quick responses, and can take over the conversation at any moment. The AI voice carries the script so the agent can focus on listening.

Yes. The Pitch Builder lets you build branching scripts where every answer leads to the next question or ends the call. Link a script to a campaign or save it as a team template, and record or upload your own clip for any question. It flags clips whose wording no longer matches the text.

Yes. Take over switches that one call to Live mode: the script dims and nothing plays until the next call. Agents who prefer to speak every line can set Live as their default.

It depends on who you call and where. In the US, the FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, which can require the called party's prior consent. Voxa helps where it can: it enforces your do-not-call list and blacklist before every dial, and none of its starter clips claim the caller is human. It does not scrub the National Do Not Call Registry and this is not legal advice, so check your own obligations.
