For BPOs and outsourced call centers

BPO software that keeps every client's campaign, script and invoice separate

A BPO sells consistency to clients it does not control, with a floor it has to keep staffing. Voxa gives each client its own script, agents, campaigns and reports, isolated as far as that client needs, and puts the client's approved pitch into every call in a natural AI voice.

Sound familiar?

The problem

Agent turnover means someone is always new on a client's campaign.

With Voxa

The AI voice speaks the client's approved lines from the first call. New agents pick the customer's answers and learn the flow while they earn.

The problem

Five clients, five scripts, and agents mix them up.

With Voxa

Each campaign has one linked script, so the dialer always plays the right client's lines for the lead in front of the agent.

The problem

A client asks to see its data, and only its data.

With Voxa

Run that client as its own organization. Leads, users, roles, scripts and calling credentials are isolated on every query.

The problem

The seat bill grows every time you staff up for a new contract.

With Voxa

Voxa is priced per organization. Adding agents costs nothing until you outgrow your plan.

The problem

Month-end reporting and billing take a day of spreadsheet work.

With Voxa

Campaign ROI and agent performance reports come from the calls themselves, and invoices go out from the same workspace.

The problem

A client's do-not-call request has to stick across the whole floor.

With Voxa

One click adds a number to the do-not-call list, and nobody can dial it again without a documented override.

One client, from contract to invoice

Every client you take on follows the same path through Voxa.

  1. 1

    Client

Add the client record you will report to and invoice.

  2. 2

    Organization

Keep the client in your main organization, or give it its own when its data must stay fully separate.

  3. 3

    Script

Build the client's approved pitch in the Pitch Builder, with AI voices generated in one click.

  4. 4

    Agents

Assign the agents who work this client, with roles that limit what they see.

  5. 5

    Campaigns

Link the script, load the leads and track spend per campaign.

  6. 6

    Reporting

Calls, connects, wins and ROI per campaign and per agent.

  7. 7

    Invoicing

Bill the client with a branded PDF invoice and track payment.

Your pitch, spoken the same way on every call

Build the script in the Pitch Builder with a branch for every answer. During the call, a natural AI voice speaks each line while the agent listens, picks the customer's answer and takes over whenever the conversation needs a person. Nothing plays in Live mode, for agents who prefer to speak every word.

Hear a sample call

Sample client script · Energy audit

  1. 1

"Hi, this is Mia calling on behalf of Northgate Energy. Am I speaking with the person who handles the utility bills?"

  2. 2

"We're offering free energy audits to local businesses this month. Would a short audit next week be useful?"

  3. 3

"Great. Is a morning or an afternoon visit better for you?"

A sample script. Each line plays into the call in the voice the agent picks, and the agent's mic mutes while it plays.

Separate organizations when a client needs real isolation

Every Voxa organization is a separate tenant. Its leads, users, roles, scripts, compliance lists and Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage credentials never mix with another organization's, and the separation is applied to every database query, not left to a filter in the interface.

Most BPOs run smaller clients as campaigns inside one organization and give a separate organization to any client whose contract requires its own data boundary or its own calling account. Each organization has its own users and its own plan.

A client's pitch, delivered the same way by every agent

Clients hire a BPO to sound like them. In Voxa the client's approved script is spoken into the call by a natural AI voice, so the wording does not drift as agents rotate between campaigns. The agent stays on the line, picks each answer and takes over the moment the conversation needs a person.

When the client changes a line, edit it in the Pitch Builder and regenerate that line's voices. Clips whose wording no longer matches the text are flagged, so an outdated line never plays by accident.

BPO CRM, reporting and invoicing in the same place

Leads, call outcomes, script transcripts and follow-ups live on the lead record. Campaign ROI compares results with the spend you log against the campaign, and agent performance shows who is converting on which client. Clients and invoices share the workspace, so billing a client for the month's work does not start with an export.

Outbound BPO software, priced for a floor that changes size

Contracts start and end, and floors grow and shrink with them. Voxa charges a flat monthly price per organization up to the plan's user limit instead of a fee per seat, and carrier minutes are billed to your own account by the provider with no markup from Voxa. Larger floors get a quote from our sales team.

Questions from BPOs

Yes. Give each client its own campaign and linked script, and report and invoice per client. If a client needs fully separate data and logins, run that client as its own organization.

Each plan is a flat monthly price for one organization up to its user limit. Adding agents for a new contract costs nothing until you outgrow the plan. A client you run as a separate organization has its own plan, and larger floors get a custom quote.

No. Calls run on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage account, or on a client's account inside that client's organization, at the carrier's rates with no markup from Voxa.

Every walk through the script is saved to the lead as the questions asked and the answers picked, and the clips themselves are the client's approved wording. Voxa does not record calls today.

Also built for call centers, lead generation agencies, home services teams and product support teams.
