Example defaults are illustrative. The $50 dialer seat sits inside the public per-seat ranges in the comparison below. Carrier minutes are left out on both sides: you pay Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage directly at their rates, and Voxa adds no per-minute markup. Voxa checks your own do-not-call list and blacklist. It does not scrub the National Do Not Call Registry, so keep that service if you use one.

Stop paying per seat

Starter covers 5 users for $49/mo, about $9.80 each. On a per-seat dialer, every new hire adds another $30 to $90 a month.

$

No markup on your minutes

Calls run on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage account at their published rates. Voxa never resells your minutes.

$

Stop buying business lead lists

OpenStreetMap and SAM.gov searches are free, CSV import is free, and leads are unlimited on every plan. Google Places runs on your own key, with results cached for a day to keep your bill down.

A TCPA claim costs more than Voxa

Calling someone who asked you to stop can cost up to $500 per call, and up to $1,500 if willful. Ten such calls can reach $5,000, more than 8 years of Starter. Voxa blocks numbers on your do-not-call list before they ring.

$

New hires earn sooner

The AI voice delivers the approved pitch from the first call, so a new agent is productive while they learn instead of sounding untrained to your customers.

$

Stop leaking money after the yes

Callbacks land on a queue, won deals become PDF invoices, and overdue invoices get flagged. No desk phones or PBX hardware to buy either.

TCPA figures are the statutory damages in 47 U.S.C. § 227. This is general information, not legal advice.

How this compares to other call-center tools

Most dialers charge per agent seat, so the bill grows with every hire. Voxa charges per organization, and do-not-call screening and AI voice scripts are included on every plan.

Pricing questions

It depends on your team size and current tools, so the savings calculator on the pricing page uses your own numbers: seat prices, CRM, invoicing and lead-list spend. Carrier minutes are left out on both sides because you pay your provider directly and Voxa adds no markup.

Big floors differ a lot in agent count, call volume, number of clients and support needs. A short call lets our team understand your organization and quote a price that fits it, instead of a one-size list price.

No. Each plan is a flat monthly price for your whole organization up to its user limit, so adding an agent costs nothing until you outgrow the plan. Yearly billing is optional.
