Questions, answered
The things teams ask before they hand a script to an AI voice.
AI voice and scripts
Voxa ships six natural AI voices (four male, two female) that play at 1x to 1.5x speed with the pitch preserved. Each agent picks the voice they like. If you want a human voice on a line, an admin can record their own clip for that question and it plays instead.
No. Your agent is on every call. They pick the answer the customer gave, fire quick responses, and can take over the conversation at any moment. The AI voice carries the script so the agent can focus on listening.
Yes. The Pitch Builder lets you build branching scripts where every answer leads to the next question or ends the call. Link a script to a campaign or save it as a team template, and record or upload your own clip for any question. It flags clips whose wording no longer matches the text.
Yes. Take over switches that one call to Live mode: the script dims and nothing plays until the next call. Agents who prefer to speak every line can set Live as their default.
Compliance
It depends on who you call and where. In the US, the FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, which can require the called party's prior consent. Voxa helps where it can: it enforces your do-not-call list and blacklist before every dial, and none of its starter clips claim the caller is human. It does not scrub the National Do Not Call Registry and this is not legal advice, so check your own obligations.
The agent adds them to your do-not-call list with one click from the dialer. From then on nobody in your organization can dial that number unless a manager approves a documented override request.
No. None of Voxa's starter clips deny or deflect the question "are you a robot?", and an automated test in our codebase fails if one ever does. If a customer asks, the agent can take over and answer in their own voice.
Pricing and billing
It depends on your team size and current tools, so the savings calculator on the pricing page uses your own numbers: seat prices, CRM, invoicing and lead-list spend. Carrier minutes are left out on both sides because you pay your provider directly and Voxa adds no markup.
Big floors differ a lot in agent count, call volume, number of clients and support needs. A short call lets our team understand your organization and quote a price that fits it, instead of a one-size list price.
No. Each plan is a flat monthly price for your whole organization up to its user limit, so adding an agent costs nothing until you outgrow the plan. Yearly billing is optional.
Setup and integrations
Most teams are dialing within the hour. Create your organization, enter your Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage credentials (Voxa provisions everything else), import or find leads, pick a script and voice, and dial.
Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage, on your own account. Calls run in the browser through the provider's voice SDK, so no desk phones or PBX hardware are needed.
Yes. Calls run on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage account, Google Places lookups on your own Google key, and AI note summaries and pitch suggestions on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. You pay those providers directly at their rates, and Voxa adds no markup. OpenStreetMap, SAM.gov and CSV import need no key at all, and leads are unlimited on every plan.
Yes. Give each client its own campaign and pitch script, and invoice them from the Clients and Invoices pages. If a client needs fully separate data and logins, run them as their own organization.
Yes. Every campaign has a public lead-capture endpoint for forms and Google Ads, and the Growth and Scale plans include a JWT-secured REST API (/api/v1) for reading your leads into dashboards or internal tools.
