Call center software built for the manager who runs the floor

You keep a floor of agents on script, on the phone and out of compliance trouble, while turnover keeps resetting the clock. Voxa puts the dialer, the call center CRM and your approved script in one browser tab, and a natural AI voice delivers that script so a new hire sounds right from their first call.

Sound familiar?

The problem

New agents need weeks of shadowing before they can take calls alone.

With Voxa

The AI voice speaks the approved script from their first call. The agent listens, picks the customer's answer and learns the flow on live calls instead of in a classroom.

The problem

Every agent tells the pitch differently, and you only find out from the numbers.

With Voxa

The script lives in the Pitch Builder, not a PDF. Every customer hears the same words, and every walk through the script is saved to the lead as questions and answers.

The problem

One missed "stop calling me" is a legal risk for the whole floor.

With Voxa

Your do-not-call list, blacklist and calling-hours window are checked before every dial. Exceptions need a manager-approved override with the reason on record.

The problem

The dialer, the CRM and the invoicing tool are three bills and three logins.

With Voxa

Leads, dialer, follow-ups, sales board and invoices share one workspace, priced per organization rather than per agent seat.

The problem

Callbacks promised on Friday are forgotten by Monday.

With Voxa

Every callback lands on the agent's own queue and the team queue, with the date and time the customer asked for.

The problem

You can't see which agents and campaigns actually convert.

With Voxa

Agent performance, campaign ROI and lead activity reports show calls, connects and wins without an export.

From lead list to paid invoice, on one board

Most call centers stitch this together from a dialer, a CRM, a script document and a billing tool. In Voxa it is one path.

  1. 1

    Leads in

Import a CSV, search the lead finder, or post web leads to a campaign's capture endpoint.

  2. 2

    Screened

Every record is checked against your do-not-call list and blacklist on the way in.

  3. 3

    Assigned

Leads go to a campaign's agents by round robin or by current workload.

  4. 4

    Dialed

Agents work a queue one lead at a time, in the browser, on your own carrier.

  5. 5

    Scripted

The campaign's script plays in the agent's chosen AI voice and branches on each answer.

  6. 6

    Followed up

Callbacks queue themselves with the time the customer asked for.

  7. 7

    Closed

Won deals move across the sales board and become PDF invoices.

Your pitch, spoken the same way on every call

Build the script in the Pitch Builder with a branch for every answer. During the call, a natural AI voice speaks each line while the agent listens, picks the customer's answer and takes over whenever the conversation needs a person. Nothing plays in Live mode, for agents who prefer to speak every word.

Hear a sample call

Sample script · Merchant services

  1. 1

"Hi, this is Sam with Clearpath Payments. Am I speaking with the person who handles card processing for the business?"

  2. 2

"We help local shops lower their card processing fees. Do you know roughly what rate you pay today?"

  3. 3

"Would it help if one of our specialists sent you a side-by-side quote this week?"

A sample script. Each line plays into the call in the voice the agent picks, and the agent's mic mutes while it plays.

An outbound call center dialer that runs in a browser tab

Agents call from the browser through Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage on your own account, so there are no desk phones, PBX boxes or softphone installs to manage. An admin enters the carrier credentials once and Voxa provisions the rest.

The dialer is agent-paced: the agent works through a queue one lead at a time, logs the outcome, and the next lead is ready. Numbers on your do-not-call list or blacklist are skipped automatically, and calls outside the lead's calling hours are blocked. Voxa is not a predictive dialer that rings several numbers per agent at once. That keeps every connected customer talking to a person straight away, with no silent line while the system looks for a free agent.

Call center scripting software your customers actually hear

A script on a second monitor only helps if agents read it well. In Voxa the script is spoken into the call: a natural AI voice plays each line while the agent's mic is muted, and the agent picks the customer's answer to move to the right next question. Objections, gatekeepers and "call me later" each get their own branch.

Build scripts on a drag-and-drop canvas in the Pitch Builder, link one to each campaign, and record your own clip for any line that should be in a human voice. Quick responses like "Great question" or "One moment please" are one click away. Agents who prefer to speak every word can use Live mode, where the script stays on screen and nothing plays.

A call center CRM built around the call

Every call, outcome, note and script walk is saved on the lead, so the next agent who picks it up sees exactly what was said. Campaigns group leads, agents, scripts and spend. Deals move through a sales board, and won deals turn into branded PDF invoices with overdue ones flagged.

Voxa does not sync with Salesforce or HubSpot. It is built to be the system of record for an outbound floor, and the Growth and Scale plans include a REST API for reading leads into your own dashboards.

Compliance you can explain to a client or a regulator

Calls are blocked outside 8am to 9pm in the lead's own time zone by default, and leads with no known time zone are held back. An agent adds a number to the do-not-call list from the dialer with one click. Overrides need a manager's approval and a written reason, and the activity log shows who changed what.

Voxa enforces your own do-not-call list and blacklist. It does not scrub the National Do Not Call Registry, so keep a registry subscription if you call consumers. AI voices are regulated as artificial voices under the TCPA, which is why every call can be switched to Live.

No. Voxa's dialer is agent-paced: each agent works a queue one lead at a time, and the next lead is ready as soon as the outcome is logged. Every connected customer reaches a person straight away. If your model depends on dialing several numbers per agent at once, a predictive dialer is the better fit.

As soon as they can log in. The AI voice speaks the approved script, so a new agent's job on day one is to listen, pick the customer's answer and take over when the conversation needs a person.
