AI call center software

AI call center software that keeps a human agent on every call

Voxa puts your approved script into live calls in a natural AI voice. Your agent listens, branches on each answer and takes over whenever the conversation needs a person, while the dialer, CRM, follow-ups and invoicing sit in the same workspace.

From AI voice to closed sale

Seven steps, one browser tab. Nothing to export between them.

  1. 1

    AI voice

Choose from six natural AI voices (four male, two female), at 1x to 1.5x speed with the pitch preserved.

  2. 2

    Script

Your approved pitch, built as a branching flow in the Pitch Builder and linked to a campaign.

  3. 3

    Browser dialer

The agent dials from the browser on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage account. The script plays into the call.

  4. 4

    Agent takeover

The agent picks each answer, fires quick responses, and takes over the call with one click.

  5. 5

    CRM

The outcome, notes and every question and answer are saved to the lead.

  6. 6

    Follow-up

A callback lands on the agent's queue and the team queue at the time the customer asked for.

  7. 7

    Sale

The deal moves across the sales board and becomes a PDF invoice.

Hear Voxa on a sales call

Press play, then answer as the customer. Each line is spoken in the AI voice you pick, exactly as it would play into a live call.

  1. 1

    AI speaks the approved script

A natural AI voice plays your pitch into the call, word for word.

  2. 2

    Your agent listens

Their mic mutes while a line plays, so they can focus on the customer.

  3. 3

    The customer answers

The agent picks the answer, and the script branches to the right next line.

  4. 4

    Your agent takes over

One click and the agent speaks for the rest of the call. Nothing else plays.

The flagship

Your script, spoken into the call. Your agent, still in charge.

Agents stop reading from a sheet. Voxa plays each question of your script into the live call in a natural AI voice, so every customer hears the pitch the way you wrote it.

  • Recorded mode. Clips play into the call and the agent's mic mutes while one plays. Answer a question and the next line plays by itself.

  • Live mode. For agents who want to speak every word. The script stays on screen as a guide and nothing plays.

  • Take over. One click switches the current call to Live. The next call starts back in the agent's own mode.

  • Quick responses. Fillers, answers and closings the agent can play at any moment, like "Great question" or "Thanks for your time".

  • Your own voice, when you want it. An admin can record or upload a human clip for any question, and it plays whichever AI voice the agent picked.

Pitch Builder

Build the script once. Every agent runs it the same way.

The Pitch Builder is where your best closer's pitch becomes a script every agent can follow, with the AI voice speaking each line.

  • Branching, not linear. Every answer routes to the next question or ends the script, so objections get their own path.

  • A voice on every line. Each question can carry AI voice clips in six voices, plus a clip you record in the browser or upload.

  • Audio that stays in sync. Change a question's wording and the builder flags any clip that no longer matches.

  • Capture details mid-call. A question can ask the agent to type in the answer, like a callback number or a booking time.

  • One source of truth. Link a script to a campaign or save it as a team template. Every walk is saved to the lead as a question and answer transcript.

Three kinds of AI call center software

"AI call center" covers very different products. Knowing which kind you are buying matters more than any feature list.

Autonomous AI voice agents

An AI model holds the whole conversation with no person on the line. Useful for simple, high-volume calls like reminders and surveys. Risky for sales: the model can improvise claims you never approved, and many customers hang up once they realize nobody is there.

AI assist for human agents

The agent speaks every word while AI transcribes the call, suggests answers or scores it afterwards. The pitch still depends on how well each agent delivers it, which is exactly what varies most on a new or rotating floor.

Voxa

AI-voiced scripts, agent in control

What Voxa does. A natural AI voice speaks only the lines you approved, the agent chooses each next step, and the agent takes over whenever the call needs a person. Consistent delivery, with a human accountable for every call.

Why an AI voice, and why a human next to it

The hardest part of running a phone team is getting every agent to deliver the pitch the way your best one does. Training helps, scripts on screen help a little, and turnover undoes both. An AI voice solves delivery: the approved words, the same pacing, on every call, from an agent's first day.

What an AI voice should not do is decide what to say next or handle the moment a customer pushes back. That stays with the agent. In Voxa the agent's mic is muted while a line plays, so they listen, pick the customer's answer to branch the script, and take over with one click. The customer always has a person on the other end.

Scripts that branch, in voices you choose

Scripts are built on a drag-and-drop canvas where every answer leads to the next question or ends the call. Generate AI voices for every line in one click, or record your own clip for any line and it plays instead. When a line's wording changes, its voices are rebuilt so no clip ever speaks the old text. Each agent picks the voice and speed they like, and quick responses cover the small moments like "Great question" or "Thanks for your time".

None of the starter clips deny or deflect "are you a robot?", and an automated test in our codebase fails if one ever does. If a customer asks, the agent takes over and answers in their own voice.

A dialer and CRM underneath, not bolted on

The AI voice is only useful if the rest of the call works. Agents dial from the browser on your own carrier account, one lead at a time, with do-not-call, blacklist and calling-hours checks before every dial. The outcome, notes and full script walk land on the lead. Callbacks queue themselves with a date and time, won deals move across the sales board, and invoices go out from the same place.

The compliance side of AI voices

In the US, the FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, even with a live agent on the line choosing the clips. That usually means calling people who gave prior express consent. Voxa gives you the controls to operate inside that: Live mode for any call or any agent where you lack consent, your own do-not-call list and blacklist enforced before every dial, calling hours in the lead's own time zone, and documented overrides. It does not scrub the National Do Not Call Registry.

One workspace, from first dial to paid invoice

No handoffs between disconnected tools, and nothing lost in between.

Flagship

Stop reading. Start selling.

A natural AI voice speaks your script into the live call while the agent listens, branches on the answer, and takes over when the conversation needs a human. All of it runs in the browser on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage account.

Never dial a number you shouldn't

Your do-not-call list and blacklist are checked before every dial, with an override-request workflow for documented exceptions.

Fill the queue without buying lists

Find businesses on OpenStreetMap or SAM.gov, or on Google Places with your own key, or drop in a CSV. Leads are unlimited on every plan, and every record is screened on the way in.

No promised callback slips

Every callback lands on a personal queue and the team queue, with the date and time the customer asked for.

Get paid, not just marked "won"

Move a deal to Won on the Sales Board, generate a PDF invoice, and see it flagged when it goes overdue.

Keep the floor competing

Badges and rewards for wins, like a first close or three in a week, keep energy up without a spreadsheet leaderboard.

Client data never mixes

Every organization's leads, roles and calling credentials are isolated automatically.

What about call minutes?

Calls run on your own Twilio, SignalWire or Vonage account. You pay the carrier directly for numbers and minutes at their rates, and Voxa adds no markup.

AI call center software, answered

Software that uses AI to handle part of the work of a phone team. It ranges from fully autonomous AI voice agents, to tools that transcribe and coach human agents, to Voxa's model: an AI voice speaks your approved script into the call while a human agent chooses each step and can take over at any moment.

No. Every call is placed and run by a human agent. The AI voice only speaks the lines of your script that the agent plays, and it never improvises. The agent picks the customer's answer to move the script forward.

The agent answers. One click on Take over switches that call to Live mode: the script dims and nothing else plays until the next call. Quick responses like "Great question" or "One moment please" cover the gaps in between.

Yes. Record in the browser or upload a clip for any line, and it plays instead of the AI voice. You can mix both in one script.

In the US, the FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, which generally requires the called person's prior express consent for calls to cell phones and residential lines, and written consent for telemarketing. Where you lack that consent, agents can use Live mode and speak every line. This is general information, not legal advice.

A flat monthly price per organization up to the plan's user limit, with no per-seat fee. You pay your carrier directly for numbers and minutes, and AI features that need a language model run on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. Voxa adds no markup to either.
